***KEEP IN MIND***

As you come in RUNNERs will be crossing the roads 

There are several hotels in the Laurel / Ellisville area as well as numerous Airbnb's.

There is also primitive "boondocking" camping at the trail head, please notify us if you plan on camping.

Parking is limited, do not move any signage. Keep in mind you  can access your vehicle each loop

• Start time noon Friday March 1
• 7 big loops (12.60miles)  then 2 small loops (6.1miles)
• 1 pacer at a time beginning at dark (this year) preferred after mile 50
• Can not drop to another distance - its all or nothing.  Notify the race officials at the white tent if you drop 
• 30 Hr Limit

1. 50.4 @ 15:00
2. 63.0 @ 18:45
3. 75.6 @ 22:29
4. 88.2 @ 26:14
5. 94.6 @ 28.08

• Start time 6AM Sat March 2
• 50M 3 big loops (12.6) 2 small loops (6.1)
• 50K 2 big loops (12.6) 1 small loops (6.1)
• 50M pacers  1 at a time beginning 3rd loop
• Can drop or jump to another distance however you will NOT be eligible for an award. Notify the race officials at the white tent 
• 12 HR LIMIT

CUT OFFS  (50M)

1. You may not start a 12.6 mile {orange loop} after 1:45 pm
2. 43.9 @ 10:00 - you may not start the 6.1 mile (blue loop) 

• Start time 8AM Sat March 2
• 1 big loop(12.6)
• 10 HR LIMIT

Big  Loop Aid stations

1. 4.4 Miles (this is the lonest distance between aid) Randy and Mark are here to give encouragement 
2. 8.2 Miles (due do a small lovely out and back you will see this aid station twice) M.U.T.S.  will be manning this aid station ENJOY :)
3. 12.6 Mile Start/ Finish
